Our smooth and unique 100% Pinot Meunier is bright ruby red in color with notes of raspberry and aromas of vanilla, with a soft honey finish. Even as a lighter style red is is Aged on French oak and can be served room temp or chilled for the patio.
Blending Pinot Noir, Syrah and Pinot Meunier grapes has created an off dry easy sipping Rose. The palate is off dry with a medium-plus acidity and flavors of raspberry and dark cherry.
Thornhavens XV has aromas of cherries, blackberries, vanilla and clove. This medium to full bodied red is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Best paired with beef tenderloin, lamb or Tuscan style pork roast.
