Our one of a kind Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay blend is light and fruity with exotic tropical flavors of peaches, pears, mangos and melon.  The Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is unoaked and rather fermented in stainless steel tanks. Fresh and crisp it pairs well with shellfish pasta.
